"Travel Together & Save" Fare Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 2 adult passengers (Adult fare), max 9 passengers travelling together on same flights / dates.
• This offer is only available for round-trip tickets only on the route HKG-AKL-HKG, departing Hong Kong during 6 May - 17 Jun 2024.
• This offer is not available on add-on domestic flights.
• Travelers must stay more than 5 days and less than 14 days.
• Fares stated above include taxes & fuel surcharges of approximately $5,440 for 2 pax. All prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars (HK$).
• Seats are limited for the above fare and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cancellation:
  • Booking Class G: Subject to HK$2,200 applies for totally unused ticket. Partially used ticket is non-refundable. Child/ Infant discount is NOT applicable.
• Changes: All changes must be made before the ticketed flight date.
  • Booking Class G: Subject to HK$2,000 change fee per ticket per transaction and applicable fare difference. Service fees apply. Otherwise, No Show fee applies. Child/ Infant discount is NOT applicable. 
• No-show: Penalty of HK$2,200 applies plus fare difference. Service fees apply. Child/ Infant discount is NOT applicable. 
• Children must be accompanied by adults, and single child tickets cannot be purchased at the special price.
• Other terms and conditions apply.
• In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of Air New Zealand HK shall be final and conclusive.
• In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
